You have a similar question earlier this year.

The simplest way is to ask the receipent to whitelist the IP address in their mail server.

Check your SMTP mail server for the tests in the link below and post back the results.

Message says it all - mail.domain.com is saying your connection from 54.79.78.128 requires authentication.

Appears 54.79.78.128 is attempting to submit mail to mail.domain.com port 587, without first creating a session using a user/pass.

Refer to domain.com mail submission guidelines + they'll provide you with exactly how to do this.

If you have no domain.com account, then you're submitting on the wrong port.

In this case, you should submit unauthenticated email on port 25, not port 587.

Hm.. ok, does it means I need to submit or create SPF record for my mail.domain.com entry ?
This is the result from MX Toolbox:

       Category	Host Result
dmarc	domain.com	DNS Record not found
dns	domain.com	SOA Serial Number Format is Invalid
dns	domain.com	SOA Refresh Value is outside of the recommended range
dns	domain.com	SOA Expire Value out of recommended range
smtp	mail.domain.com	6.955 seconds - Warning on Transaction Time
spf	domain.com	Type PTR is discouraged

Yes.

You need to create valid SPF and DKIM records for your domain.
Jackie,

Can you let me know what steps do I need to take ?
my Public DNS is in the DMZ Windows server that I also manage.

OK, so I assume, I can just add the entry myself since I can have access to the Public DNS server in my company to add DKIM and SPF record on the fly ?
