Thank for response I have added in the AD I don't have any issue for other user but I suspect the name is too lengthy. Is only affect for one user. I have recreated twice but no luck.

I believe, you are able to login and access it internally. ie, without netscaler.<br />

If so, what is the aaad.debug log says? login netscaler and run the below command.<br />

cat /tmp/aaad.debug<br />
<br />
Let me know if you can see any specific error for that user.
