Need router to allow LAN Public IP address pool
A client has Comporium WIFI internet service package. They have 1 static WAN IP, subnet and gateway.
From this, they get 10 usable Static LAN IP's to be populated in 9 other separate WIFI routers. The main router gets the static WAN IP as it's static info, and an address pool must be created that is the range of the usable LAN IP's, for example, 204.158.15.10 - 204.158.15.19 in this main router. This is used in place of the standard 192.168.1.100 - 192.168.1.199 found in most routers. The client purchased 12 TPLink C1200 Wireless Routers, but these units will not allow the change in address pool to a LAN static IP range.
So we have the main router that has to have a static WAN IP. The address pool is setup with the range of usable static LAN IP's and then each of the other routers get setup with one of the usable static IP's. They want 10 routers in all. It seems they need a business WiFi router instead of a home based unit. Would prefer all 10 to be the same brand/model? Maybe just the 1 that has the odd settings for the address pool to be business class, and leave the other remaining 9 in place? They are all currently mounted on a wall.
Any suggestions on a router that can have a static WAN and then the address pool set to static LAN IP range?
