Blocking File-sharing

Does anyone know how to lock down a local businesses free wifi connection from being able to do file-sharing? Thought there might be a software product or router setup technique to do it... thank  you!!

Some devices have what's called "client isolation" which allows a given client to connect to the web but won't allow it to talk to other network clients
For all the implementations that I've dealt with, "client isolation" just means the wireless clients associated to the WAP cannot talk to each other. Nothing prevents them from talking to other clients associated to other WAPs or to wired clients.
