I reset the switch as the network I setup on ESX server with 192.168.11.0 with 192.168.11.1 gateway were not pinging from switch.<br />
After reset I applied ip address 192.168.11.1 255.255.255.0 to vlan &nbsp;1 and default-gateway as 192.168.11.254 and still I could not ping ESX.<br />
I created new Vlan 5 and tag 1-50 to it and no untag from default vlan 1. On Esx I enable vlan 5 and still no communication. Do I have add switch management IP as default gateway or default gateway defined on switch as default gateway to switch.<br />
