How can I fix WP-SuperCache problems without logging in?

My website - www.petanquelafayette.org - has a problem that appears to be coming from WP-SuperCache. When I go to the website, I get the following text at the top of the page.

The blog seems to function correctly in all respects, EXCEPT that information appears at the top of every page. If I try to login, the login page simply reloads. How can I fix the blog without logging in?

clean cache and deactivate your plugin and activate again.

How do I clean my cache and deactivate/reactivate my plugin when I cannot even log into my wordpress blog?

you can do it from cpanel.

go to cpanel, public/wp include/plugin/wp-supercache. remove folder supercache and your website will work and you can install it later.

That solved the supercache issue, thanks! I still cannot login though and get more more errors. Can you help me get through that also?
