On Premise Office 365 update server

Dear all;

I have migrated our email to cloud base 365 and we have problem that Microsoft office 365 always update its package most of the week it make our internet speed slow down as our user keep update it with microsoft connection. So is there anyways to create a local server for point microsoft office update its package?

Yes, you can download and store updates on a local share and use GPO or the OCT to configure the Office clients to look at the share when updating. Read for example here: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Configure-update-settings-for-Office-365-ProPlus-a073ea21-62ed-40ef-8405-fd287f7d0b11
