Site not displaying, CPanel and Joomla
We lost an employee to an illness and surgery for several weeks. A Joomla backup file had been copied out to a new site space and Kickstart as well. I am a SQL programmer, I do back end stuff. I don't do anything with Joomla or setting up new sites in CPanel. The site doesn't display in the browser with the IP address. I found some great articles out there, but the instructions I've read are to open the kickstart.php file and then I'll be able to restore the .jpa file. I can't even open the page in the browser, message is file not found. I'm really stuck here and I'm hoping somebody can help me figure this out. I'm sure it's not that complicated but I'm missing something. Thank you in advance for your patience!

Hi Prasadh, Yes I would love it if you would take a look. I will send you the information. I think I have the files copied out there properly, but maybe you can take a look and make sure. I really appreciate your help with this.

Thank you.
you can chek if IP is pointing correctly by adding a test index.html page... if that page is displayed... Ip is linked to the hosting correctly.
2) are all files extracted to the root or folder correctly?
