Disconnect / reconnect may work, but will not fix the wireless profile it is has an issue. Try, but you may need to delete the profile as noted.

Will do when on site
It is probably a router problem. Reset the router and reconfigure it or ask the ISP to Reset and reconfigure it for you. I know other devices can connect to the wireless router without a problem, but try it.
Try this first, Go to Network and Sharing center >> Manage Wireless network >> and delete old connection and create new one and retest.

while you are in the network and sharing >> manage wireless networks but before you delete the old connection, try right clicking it, opening properties, select the security tab and view the password and encryption type to make sure they match the router settings.
PSK entered correctly?
Craig stated exactly what I was thinking. However, if the encryption doesn't match, that would cause issues as well (fred brought that up already).
But the one thing that can be noted is that it should NOT be a router issue given that other devices are connecting successfully.

Have you been on-site yet?
Thanks and I was happy to help.
The PSK was wrong. Instead of deleting the profile, check this link which shows how to reset the PSK...
