Cant add network printer
I have a Windows 10 PC. All of a sudden we are unable to print to the the shared printer I have been using for several years.
The printer is attached via USB to a Windows 7 PC and other staff are able toprint fine.
I noticed that the window on the ports tab of the printer properties (on the client PC) is empty. I deleted the printer from the PC and when I try to add it again I get nothing. If I let Windows search for it it comes back with nothing. If I manuall add the path (e.g. \\server\printer name I get the error message " Windows cannot connect to the printer - Operation failed with error 0x00000569.
Any suggestions?
