How to export public folder in PST format or anyother format

My client was using exchange 2013, now they have moved to office 365. They did not migrate public folder and still Public folder is on exchange server. They are asking us public folder data. How can I export it in PST format?

Is there any other way to get this public folder data?

Can you connect a mailbox to the server? If the public folders still exist I am going to guess you can. You may need to manually add autodiscovery entries or etc. Then use Outlook to export the public folder. If you need to increase the PST size, here is a good article.

You'll need to use Outlook to export the public folders.

You can use Microsoft ExMerge Utility to mount the pub.edb and extract emails and other stuff in pst file.

Another option is to try exchange recovery solutions like Kernel and MessageOps.

Hope this helps!
There are also third party tools that can help with this. (I work for Simply Migrate but there is MigrationWiz, CodeTwo and a bunch of others).
You can do it with the help of Stellar EDB to PST Converter. The software can export Exchange Mailboxes to PST/ Live Exchange Server/ Office 365 formats.  For more information about the software, please check this link: https://www.stellarinfo.com/email-repair/edb-pst-converter.php
