This is something that is activated with accesibility or mouse options.<br>I have not experienced that before but that is what it sound like.<br>There could also be a hot zone on the laptop that when you touch you activate this.<br>some laptops have mouse that are touch panels, those have hotzones on the corners which you can easily activate when you type.<br>Those are the things to check.<br>I hope that helps

I am using Lenovo Laptop , Model NO: &nbsp;G570 , When i click on any options from my desktop, it automatically points to the first file/options/folder etc. I have done the reboot of my OS to Win 7 as well, still the problem Exists.<br />
When i use my chrome and hovering down the web page, its not moving down, Automatically, it comes to the first options of the Web page.<br />
After Multiple Refresh of pressing F5, problem will be solved, After sometime Problem again Restarted.<br />
