RDS cal licensing
I Have a couple of windows 2012 R2 which using Remote desktop User CAL licenses.
could you provide detail answer on how I can point second windows 2012 server to my current RDS licensing server?
DO I have to remove RDS licensing service from that second 2012 server?

Hi,
How many RDS servers you configured in the network? Are you going to add new CAL's on to the new licensing server ? or will use the existing licenses? you will be able to add the same license on multiple licensing server,so you can split the CAL's across as many RDS Licensing servers as you need or want to but it's always good to have a single Licensing server in a network. The reason is identifying the Licensing server and troubleshoot will be bit difficult when issue arise.

I have two RDS 2012 servers. Current RDS licensing server has already 50 CALS installed.
i don't need any more as 50 will be enough for both servers.
I just want to point second server to the first one where licenses already installed.
do I need to remove RDS Lisensing service from that second server? how do I point to the second server to RDS licensing server?

Regarding the port requirement, i assume you would have already opened almost all the necessary ports. To make sure and re-confirm, have a look at this article https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/16164.rds-2012-which-ports-are-used-during-deployment.aspx which details the port requirement for RDS.
