VMWare 6.0 web client not connecting

I have a testing environment with an ESXI host (v.6.0), on that machine I have a Domain Server 2008-R2, and a VCenter Server 2008-R2, and I also have a windows 7 machine in there. I can connect with the vSphere client to ESXi with no problem but when I go to the web client trough VCenter the host (ESXi) shows disconnected and I can’t get it to connect. Any help will be appreciated.

do you mean you cannot connect with a web browser to vCenter Server ?

I can connect to VCenter fine but the host ESXi machine and all 3 windows computers show disconnected, if I try vsphere client they're all connected and working fine.
have you restarted the web client service ?

has this ever worked ?
Here is what I mean..

if you Right Click and Click Connect, does it succeed ?

also check your expired licenses ? if vCenter Server has expired you'll not be able to manage ESXi.

and are you connecting to vCenter Server using the vSphere Client or direct to ESXi ?
Right click and connect does not do anything, VCenter has a temp. license with 52 days left and ESXi 28 days left. If I use the vsphere client (directly to ESXi host) I have no problem, is only when I try to use the web client that I see this issue.
Try the following

1. Restart Web Client service on the vCenter Server

if no success

2. Restart vCenter Server service

if no success

3. Restart vCenter Server
I did all 3 things (done them before) but the host still show disconnected as well as all machines.
If I use the vsphere client (directly to ESXi host) I have no problem, is only when I try to use the web client that I see this issue.

Okay, hang on here.....

if you use the vSphere Client, and type in the vcenter server IP Address, and connect to vCenter Server using vSphere Client, do you also get the host disconnected also, because if you do this shows an issue with vCenter Server.
Yes you're correct I just tried to connect to vcenter server trough the vsphere client and it timed me up, maybe re-install VCenter or is anything else I need to check?
At the console of your ESXi server, can you select Restart Network Management agents ?
I did that but same result (see attach)

I'm restarting the management agents..

I tried to connect to the ESXi host directly trough vsphere client but is not working now, any suggestions?
Okay, can vCenter Server ping the ESXi Host ?

Restart Network Management Agents, and be patient and wait.....a few minutes
OK, I can ping the host from the VCenter Server with no problem.  I restarted the Network Management Agents and waited until the process was completed (see attach) but when I login to VCenter Server and click on hosts and clusters after 1/2 hr. it was still "thinking" and I decided to close the browser and try again, this time it gave me the red circle (no connection) again

Okay, I was asking about ESXi, I think your vCenter Server needs a re-installation on a new OS.

As this is evaluation and not production, there will be no issues VMs will not be affected. I would also try to install vCenter Server on  a more recent OS e.g. Windows 2012 R2 at least.
My VCenter Server is also a virtual machine (2008-R2) but as far as I understand that won't make a difference, is this correct?
I will download Server 2012-R2 and install vcenter in there.
All of this environment is through VMWorkstation 10
Oh so this is a nested environment?

Oh rebuild vCenter Server
