I backed up a 500GB HD with the latest VEEAM Free for Windows.<br />
Then I tried to restore to a 1TB hard drive and it came back that &quot;Auto.......&quot; was unsuccessful .. something like that.<br />
I think this strange and would have like to avoid it.<br />

Next, I manually restored the C: partition and the likely other partition of size ~450MB. &nbsp;I left out the 18GB (recovery partition?) and one other very small partition. &nbsp;It wouldn't boot from this....<br />
It would be nice to know how to select so the drive will boot.<br />
