VMWare - Server 2012 (Recovery your PC needs to be repaired)

VM Server failed , attached file is error I am receiving. Normally don't handle VM but our server guy is on vacation. Any suggestions? Thinking I should mount the ISO and do a repair but not really sure. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I will do that tonight, we just got Veeam so will look into restore VM using it. This will be our first test, never used Veeam but assume it is quite easy to use. Will keep you updated and thanks for advice.

ok, welcome but, well, I did not do a lot here to help, you could have give a part of points to Andrew...
@Andrew : Also you have soooo much points... ;-)
I am looking to change points but don't see that option.
well for that a moderator got to reopen the question I think.
Lets wait for Andrew if he want to comment and take points. And i think he had the administrative right to reopen too, so we'll see.
@Tim

As per your request, I've split the points. It's not as if Points = $$$.
