Music Manager for Windows that Supports Android Streaming and iPod Sync

I don't think there is any such software since I've been searching for days but I thought I'd ask on here as a last ditch effort.
I am looking for music management software (that runs on Windows) that supports both streaming from an Android device over the internet (ideally it has an Android app) and synchronizing an iPod.

My current set up:
  • iTunes as music management software, in order to synchronize my iPod.
  • CloudPlayer to stream from my Android device (all of my music is on Google Drive).
  • iSyncr to synchronize select playlists from iTunes to my Android device.

This set up isn't terrible but CloudPlayer does not feature all of the playlists I have in iTunes nor does it allow me to sort by iTunes fields (date added, etc.). I could technically just sync all of my music to my Android device as well but I don't really want to use up 40GB on my device for this purpose when I have a data plan large enough to support streaming on demand.

Your question is beyond the scope of asking free questions as it involves search hours of unpaid works as you should know that it is not straightforward and easy to be done even by the experts.

You can either submit a Live request or create a Gig project for further assistance.

I was not expecting anyone to do hours of research, I posted here in case someone was using software I described and could refer me to it. I pay a subscription fee to post on this community so this question is not exactly free. Your comment is both unhelpful and rude, thanks for nothing.
You should know that iTunes should only work for iDevices like iPhones and iPads and not for an Android devices and what kind of software you are expecting to do your task?

There are no software which is available online to do what you want. Only customized solutions which combine a number of software and hardware.

I am sorry to give you an impression of being rude but I am just telling you the truth that there is no simple solution which is straightforward to tell you for your tough question.

Yes, I do know that, hence why I am inquiring about an alternative music management program. I'm not expecting anything, I'm just asking in the chance that there might be software that meets my needs. Are you always this condescending?

As I expressed in the original question and reiterated in my comments, I already figured there is not software that will meet my needs. I'm just asking here as my last effort before giving up. None of your answers were helpful or indicated anything I didn't already know. You might as well have not answered. I would've received no responses and reached the same conclusion but with much less irritation.
I will always try to help on the topic if you want to listen.

What you need is not a software. It is a network attached storage to store your music files to make a streaming server.

You can do a research to verify whether a software solution does exist.
Besides, you are requesting help for a way to circumvent Apple software and we cannot help to answer you.

If you had bothered to read my question, you would know that I already have a solution equivalent to a NAS streaming server via CloudPlayer and Google Drive. All I'm looking for is software that deals with both Android and iPod, if nothing exists so be it.
Why spend money, time and resource to build something which might not work in the future?

It is not difficult to make it work for Andriod but the case is not the same for iOS. Apple has strict control of what can or cannot be done unless you are a big player in I.T.

Cross platform is not easy to achieve.

If your home country is USA, you can get a Google Play US account easily and you can use Google Play Music app which work for both iOS and Android.

Google Play Music by Google, Inc.
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/google-play-music/id691797987?mt=8

The adavantage is that you do not need to manage anything and Google will handle it for you without a fee if you set a payment option in your Google Play US account and you will have a Google Play Music account which you can upload up to
50,000 songs to Google servers without a monthly subscription fees.

I will upload you screenshots by next week to show how the Google Play Music app works.

I'm aware of the Google Play Music app, it would effectively be the same as my my Cloud Player solution, so don't worry about screenshots.
What is the iOS version on iPod?

It is an iPod Nano, it does not run iOS.
@bejhan
You're correct .. you probably have the optimal solution already in place for your current setup and there IS NOT any further integration possible.  The playlists are tricky to sync between a physical music source and a cloud-based streaming service.  It sounds like the playlist variations are the main inconvenience you experience .. what precisely is the reason that CloudPlayer doesn't have all the playlists (is it a limit on the number supported?) and it is very commont that certain fields in the meta-data on music files may not be supported on all devices.

If you're using mostly MP3 music files there are some FREE and PAID tagging programs which are much better than iTunes to manage the meta data .. I've heard a lot of good things about Tag & Rename - http://www.softpointer.com/tr.htm.  You could use such software to copy values like "DATE ADDED" from the iTunes music files into an unused meta field which IS supported on CloudPlayer.
My current set up:
iTunes as music management software, in order to synchronize my iPod.
CloudPlayer to stream from my Android device (all of my music is on Google Drive).
iSyncr to synchronize select playlists from iTunes to my Android device.

Your iPod is only an iPod Nano, an obsolete product in the year 2017 and you are just wasting your time to find a solution for "Music Manager for Windows that Supports Android Streaming and iPod Sync"

I am sure that there is no software other than iTunes which can sync music to iPod Nano unless your iPod Nano is the latest version of iPod Nano 7th Generation.

But, Syncios is not a freeware but it will sync (but not stream) both Android and iOS devices.

Thank you! Finally, someone actually understands my reason for posting this question. The reason CloudPlayer does not have the playlists is that they are iTunes playlists (i.e. stored in the iTunes library database rather than with the mp3 files).

You could use such software to copy values like "DATE ADDED" from the iTunes music files into an unused meta field which IS supported on CloudPlayer.
This is a great idea except for "date added" is stored in the iTunes library database rather than in the mp3 file.

Your previous comments already implied that you think I am wasting my time, thanks for reiterating...

But, Syncios is not a freeware but it will sync (but not stream) both Android and iOS devices.
Again, you miss the point of my question. I already have a way to synchronize both my Android device and iPod (iTunes and iSyncr) and Syncios is not a music management program.

MediaMonkey seems to meet all of my needs (with a bit of work)!

Also, it is very time consuming and challenging to make the above work and I believe that you like challenges.
A challenging side project that works out in the end is ever so gratifying.

Thank you, Jackie.
You are welcome.

Sorry for being rude to you on my first comment but my intention is just to let you aware of the level of difficulties even for experts.

I am also sorry for the contention throughout the thread. It is difficult to determine context in written words and I interpreted them in the worst possible way, I may have overreacted.
