Exchange shared mailbox not getting rejection messages

So Google has failed me :)

I have a shared mailbox in Exchange 2013.  It works fine with out and in mail.  The other day one of my users used the mailbox to send a message, and it appeared to work.  But when she got emails that the receivers never got the email, she tried a second time from her persoanl account, and found it being rejected for file size.  The File size is NOT the issue, but the fact that the rejection message send from My excahnge MBX server, was either never sent to the shared mailbox, or never received.

I am still pretty new to exchange.  
  1. Does anyone know what is going on?  
  2. Is there a way I can trace a message to see all the logs assochiated with it??
