Windows 10 Blue Screen of Death minidump analysis request

Greetings wise wizards of EE:

I'm helping a friend with a Windows 10 laptop, for which she uses for very mild, general-use operations (Internet, e-mail and Microsoft Office).

She contacted me today and stated that her machine abruptly flashed a message and suddenly shut down, and then restarted. Over the phone, I guided her to the C:\Windows\Minidump folder, and there was a single minidump file within, with today's date. I had her e-mail this minidump file, which I am attaching to this inquiry.

I now request an analysis of the attached minidump file. Though I am grateful for any help, I would specifically ask for an analysis of the attached minidump file, as opposed to general security & maintenance advice, so that I may tackle the solution directly.

My many thanks in advance,

Greetings Masq, Ramin, Mal Osborne and nobus:

Many thanks for your rapid and very helpful replies the the BSOD mystery. I am hoping that there is no red herring as Mal Osborne suggests, but my friend already has Carbonite in place if the situation is worse than Masq and Ramin indicate.

I'm going to star with removing/disabling the software that Masq and Ramin recommend, along with air dusting her machine, just in case. If the issue persists, I have the info for the hardware investigation from nobus. I definitely agree with Mal Osborne that it is inadvisable for me to begin soldering on her motherboard... but I appreciate the vote of confidence!

Many thanks to all... I will visit my friend today, and will post back if any earth-shattering discoveries are unveiled.

May the wind be at your back and take care,

Zovoth
