Windows NTFS & Share Permissions export

Hi,

I am looking for a powershell script to extract NTFS & Share folder permissions for a give set of folders from a Windows server 2012. Ideally it should be extracted to a excel/csv file - one file for NTFS, another for Share folders.

Let me know if you have any script readily available?

ASKER

Thanks for the quick links for getting job done. However I am looking for more simpler solution. Probably I may need to rephrase my requirement.
I have few specific shared folders on a server. I need to get share & NTFS permissions of those top folders only. No need of recursive search within those folders to get permissions for each file.

Thanks #AKS#. This is the way to go definitely. However I am getting an error while trying to get the permissions for remote share or folder. Post info here if you get any leads on it. I will look into powershell help to resolve it.
