MAC is not starting up. stops on OS X utilities

Hello, we encounter today with this issue from one of our macs.  We try to reinstall the osx again,  but when going to select the drive only recovery drive appears and not the local one, try to repair the hard drive by the startup disk utility,  reset the SMC but keeps jumping to the same utility,  see pictures attached. Hi Wcgplc,

Please try the following:

1) Unplug all peripheral devices from the Mac
2) Power down the Mac
3) Start up the Mac and immediately hold down the "Option" key

This will show you the HDD(s) available to start the OS from. It appears that you left the HDD at the default "Untitled", so please look for Untitled when you try this.

Let us know how it goes. Take care.
