i have tried a projection screen and my desktop monitor. and its same problem on both display devices. i downgraded the OS from windows 10 to 7 but still same. <br />
if I connect any other laptop to these display devices they both work fine without any troube.

So then you appear to have a hardware problem with this machine. Either the connector or the supporting circuitry.

changed cables and tried the one working with other devices. No there is no additional driver for the screen.

you can test the monitor also when running on that laptop from a live cd - ubuntu - or knoppix<br />
