Excel Scrolling Window Doesn't Stop at Blank Row
I am sure this is a simple fix, but I cannot figure out how to get the scrolling window in the attached worksheet titled - Dashboard - of the attached workbook to stop when it reaches the bottom of the referenced range. Please see the attached screenshot also.

You cannot do that with the Form Control Scroll Bar.
Refer to the attached where I have inserted a Scroll Bar (positioned in column O) from ActiveX Controls and placed a piece of code on Dashboard Sheet Module to set the Min and Max values of the Scroll Bar dynamically depending upon the data on the Primary Info Sheet.
If that works for you, delete your Scroll Bar and position the ActiveX Control at it's right position on the Dashboard. To select the Scroll Bar to move it, go to Developer Tab --> click on Design Mode --> Move and position the Scroll Bar and click on Design Mode again to come out of the design mode.
