Don't use the Access split form. &nbsp;Build one yourself by using an unbound main form with two bound subforms - one single record and the other continuous. &nbsp;it only takes &nbsp;a couple of lines of code to sync them. &nbsp;The advantage of the special form type is the way it allows you to reset the split on the fly. &nbsp;If you need that kind of display flexibility, then you have to go with the special form, if you don't, you won't get any nasty surprises if you build your own.
