Sorry for this late question but i've gone to install this as per the guide but it's asking me to setup the RSA key pair and certificate but we already have one on here for a site to site vpn and it wants to overwrite it ? am i ok to use the exisitng one's with Anyconnect ? If so then do you know how ?

Hi,<br />
I'm afraid that you should use either another certificate or a self-signed one, because as far as i know you may enable certificate authentication per tunnel-group, and you have one tunnel for site-to-site and one for remote access.<br />
