install full oracle client...
32 bit + 64 bit...
they will add all required drivers & tools (ODP .Net ODBC OLE etc)...
you never know which one is needed and when :)

I prefer the minimalist method:  Only install what you need.

I would go with the Instant Client.

You will need two downloads:
Instant Client Package - Basic: All files required to run OCI, OCCI, and JDBC-OCI applications
Instant Client Package - ODBC: Additional libraries for enabling ODBC applications

All you need to decide is if you need the 32Bit or 64Bit.  That is specific to the apps that use them not the OS it installed in.

32Bit Acess will need 32Bit drivers and as mentioned above, the 32Bit ODBC Manager:

there are something goes wrong with me
I downloaded both files ( basic_All_Drivers ) & the Odbc Drivers
but when I tried to run as administrator, nothing happened, no installation was done
I repeated many times for both files
Do not just double click the install file.  Open a CMD prompt and manually run it.  There are command line parameters you must provide.
can you give me an example on the line which i have to provide
No.  The options you select would be up to you.

Going from memory, I believe it is a .BAT file.  If you run it with no options from a CMD prompt, it should have the help message that gives you the available options.
i tried many times , even from cmd prompt
but there are no responde
is required java installation ?

I was unsure whether I should recommend for deletion as we didn't get a positive feedback from the Questioner.

However, the thread contains all necessary information how to install ODBC drivers and therefore it might have helped nevertheless or will help others in future.
