OpenVPN strange behaviour many restarts

Dear Experts

I have my servers running in housing center, all of them are virtual, protected by pfsense firewall. Directly on this firewall I created OpenVPN, created certificates, created users and ditsributed client software.

Now I am sitting in my home office with my wife, we have exactly same configuration of workstation computers but while when I connect to OpenVPN, I can see no restarts from 8 a.m. in the morning, her VPN client is full of restarts, maybe every 5-10 minutes,

Do you have any idea why? And how to troubleshoot problem?

Seems like you have isolated it to her laptop so I would start there. I would start with rebuilding the vpn on her laptop. I've stared and stared at VPN setups and could swear they were the same but then someone else looks at it and points out something that was different.

Also with the restarts, is it actually disconnecting her every 5 min? What do the logs on the PFsense say about the connection?

thanks a lot Sean
just installing kiwi syslog to be able to collect reasonable amount of logs from pfsense, those are circular and not easy to work with
