The only thing remotely near this is to check Audit Logs for who read what and when (or edited). That would need to be enabled in advance of any query so the info were captured.

I have a client who is using Office 365 SharePoint online.  They want to know if there is a way to see who currently has a file open.  I have reached out to Microsoft Support about this and Microsoft themselves does not have a solution for this, but I was given some third party tools to try, but they did not seem to help.
