Installing a new router, the pc that I was using the install router is now in continuous login loop
Installing a new router, the pc I was using to setup the router now is stuck in login loop. It will take password, try to log in (Welcome.....circle turning) and then presents an error or just restarts. The message is "Windows could not connect to the SENS service, please consult your system administrator" and "Your pc will automatically it ran into a problem."
I was finally able to get into safe mode via recovery disk and ran sfc /scannow. What else?
Appreciate some help!

Did you install software to setup the router? If so remove it if its no longer needed.
Another thing you can try is to do a system restore go back to a day prior to setting up the router.

1. Did not install software for setup!
2. No system restore point.
3. How do I run when I cannot get into windows successfully
In Safe Mode says Windows cannot connect to SENS service?

It cannot be restarted in Safe mode. SENS!
Can you boot it and leave it at the login screen and then using another computer on the network, connect remotely to the services msc and start it that way?
If you can reboot the machine hold the shift key down before restarting it, keep holding it and it should take you to Windows 10 recovery.

What is another way to get into recovery. It seems holding down the shift key while restarting does not work!
Can I repair files from my recovery disk?

It is not connecting to the network so I cannot network in!
hard power cycle during a boot will allow for the recovery option. This is harsh but if no other way...
You can boot from your windows 10 media and run a repair from there.
