Cisco sparkboards

Just want to get folks opinions.  Anyone using them?  Any feedback?
Trying to implement sparkboards in every new office and eliminate things like conference phones, polycoms, and all that legacy stuff.

Thanks.

I use them.  They're great.  People seem to like it.

It has not 100% replaced IM, etc, but you get used to it and it can extend to outside of your org if you need it to.

Outside your org meaning as a VoIP phone calling out?

Craig BeckCommented:
It supports PSTN for external inbound and outbound calls as far as I am aware.  You need to sort this outside of the Spark product and integrate.  Have a look here...
