Outlook tool that warns sender if an outside email address was included in the "To" address of the email.
Scenraio:
User is sending an email and was concerned that they inadvertently included a customer's email address when they forwarded the email with sensitive information to other employees. Someone had mentioned that Outlook could prompt the user that the email contained an email address from a different domain.
Can Exchange do this for everyone? I read that I could create a rule within Outlook but they may want this to be company wide.
