PA and mail access Office 365
A director would like his PA to deal with all external emails that are address to only him and no one else in the company is a recipient.
Is there a way I can route these emails to his PA and not have them arrive in his inbox?

He only wants her to see emails that are addressed only to him. if an email is from an internal person or from an external sensder with another internal person included as a recipient he does not want the PA to see it.
I've tried to create rules on his inbox and also looked at routing at the exchange admin bu I cant see a way of doing it.
The best solution would be that email he wants her to see are moved to a folder out the inbox and she only has permsion to see that but I can build a rule that fits the critera.
