I realise you have already taken Shums' answer but it would also be fairly simple without VBA.<br />

In a spare column number the rows sequentially, 1 to 200 (or whatever). Then copy the column of numbers and paste in the same column below the last row of data, thus repeating the series of numbers.<br />
<br />
Now select all of the data including the numbers and sort on the number column. The numbered rows with no data will now be sorted into the numbered data giving a blank row between each row. The numbers can then be deleted.<br />
