I realise you have already taken Shums' answer but it would also be fairly simple without VBA.
In a spare column number the rows sequentially, 1 to 200 (or whatever). Then copy the column of numbers and paste in the same column below the last row of data, thus repeating the series of numbers.
Now select all of the data including the numbers and sort on the number column. The numbered rows with no data will now be sorted into the numbered data giving a blank row between each row. The numbers can then be deleted.
