Plex IPTV on Synology NAS Server or Nvidia shield TV?

I have a Synology NAS Server with a 500gb Hard drive connected and a Nvidia shield TV box/console.
Both the devices have the PMS (Plex Media Server) installed.

What I want to do is watch IPTV through plex. Ideally I would like to have the IPTV installed on the PMS that is on my Synology NAS Server as that is on and running all the time,  so that I can watch IPTV on my android phone when out of the house.

Does anyone know where to manually find the plugin folder on the Synology NAS Server or if not on there then where the plugin folder is on the Nvidia shield TV?

Also, can anyone recommend a stable IPTV channel for plex which I can use to load the IPTV playlist m3u?

Thank you...

Put the plugin in the above location in your Synology NAS.

But, it is only a solution to view IPTV in the local network.

You need a router which supports DDNS if you want to watch IPTV outside the local network unless your ISP gives you a static real IP address.

I will try that, thanks.

Tried it and works as it should, thanks. Now to find a working IPTV playlist.
Any suggestions?

One of the .m3u TV list is available in the link above.

You can just Google for .m3u TV to find what you want.

.m3u TV list is a grey area of infringement of the intellectual properties of TV stations around the world but it is difficult to take any law enforcement. However, the providers of such .m3u TV list will change the IP address from time to time. So, you need to find new .m3u TV list from time to time if you old list no longer work.
