Crystal Report : Cover Blank Area when it is not there
Dear Experts,
My report has Three Page Footer Section (a, b, & c).
Find the attached report file.
While printing the report the page footer b's : (which is printed only at last page.) space are eliminated and page footer c is printed. So there some blank spaces under footer c section.
I want to print the page in that way that other sections other than footer are expanded till blank and page footer a and c printed.
Please Help.

I have suppressed it till last page not found.
I need that on all the other page the detail section should expanded to fill the blank page.

Hi,
As for as I know, space will be reserved for page footer sections even if the section is suppressed.
One of the solutions for this would be to suppress the fields inside the section instead of the section itself. But, the issue in this case is, page footer section a and c needs to be displayed and page footer b section needs to be conditionally suppressed, which doesn't help much and displays blank space in between section a and c.
Please share your thoughts.

there are more than 200 lines are getting printed with the detail section in a report .
If the page gets blank (I mean if it is blank for 20%-25%) then it's waste of paper.
If there is a better solution to include more details records in that blank space than number of pages will be reduced.

Is there any other way that,
instead of having three page footer section, If I include the same data on details part but it should display on bottom of the page beneath the detail records everytime.

Well,
That is not a viable solution as the detail section data will be printed every time the detail section data is changed.
