Use a USB cable . That will work.  Take the drive to Staples, Best Buy or other to get the correct match. They will have one.

That's a mini USB (not micro, mini) and almost any Dollar Tree or Family Dollar will have it.  For a dollar.

It would appear the device has an AC adapter port. Use a wall Wart of the correct voltage. What do the specs for this unit say?

I have a WD USB Hard Drive and it gets its power from the USB port. But it has no AC adapter port like the one above does.

I cannot read the voltage specs in the photo.
If you don't have the original power supply for those units, it might be simpler to take the disks out of the cases and use a usb 3 to sata adapter.  https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Portable-Adapter-Cable-Power/dp/B005B3VO24  That's assuming those are new enough units that use SATA disks.  If you have the older disks, then you may need a USB to IDE adapter.  https://www.amazon.com/AGPtek-Drive-Adapter-Converter-External/dp/B00BIE996S/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_147_bs_t_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=4K78YGM1HBSFEPA7FK3M&dpID=41QU-wSkHvL&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=detail

If there's a 2.5" disk drive inside, or an SSD, it's probable that no external power adapter is required.  Try it without one and see if it works.
