Audacity of Adobe Premiere for audio?

I plan to get the 30-day free trial for Adobe Premiere and wonder if Adobe Premiere would replace Audacity (for me) for audio editing?

I have use Audacity for years to make my own recordings and am pretty handy with it. But if Adobe Premiere is good enough, I may have no need for Audacity.

Thoughts?

Ok, so the minor audio features of Premiere are really minor.

I guess that means 100% needs to be done in Audacity or I would obsolesce my Audacity original file...

thanks
