HP Server ML110 G5, ILO CARD 100c Causes Power Cycle

Hello dear Experts!

I have ML110 G5 Server that I have pulled out of retirement, to try a pilot project.
Latest BIOS on it is dated 10/25/2010, installed via SP51267.exe which I was able to get from HP website without goign into support contract.
I have also installed HP ILO 100c Card for that server.
This little guy, powers on, flashes the BIOS Prompt screen and shuts off.
As soon as I take the card out, all is well. To make sure the card is not defective, I have actually tried two 100c cards with same result.

BIOS is in default state, settings wise.

Hoping, someone else had this issue and could shed some light on the resolution.

Thank you as always and best regards,

Since you have the same results with different iLO cards, I'd say there is an issue with the systemboard.  It sounds like something is damaged on it.

You can also try swapping and pulling memory to see if that has any effect.
