I am working on a project plan and listing what all the services that will impact and how to make this changes, if the user SMTP address is changed and the considerations, so that the changeover goes smoothly. I am planning to make format on this project plan and check list for implementing this project plan. Please let me know if there is any template or your suggestions much appreciated.<br />
