Hi,
For display of heirarchies, you can  create groupings on account, supplier and currency in that order.
You can create 3 running totals one each for each currency and place it in report footer for sum of currency values.
Simply insert a CrossTab. It allows you to show summaries grouped in any desired way.

Are the currency values in a single field?

It looks like you have a group on the account and want the currency totals in the account group footer.
In that case it can be done with a simple cross tab with the currency as the row and the account as the column.
If you have multiple currency columns then the running totals or another summary will work better.

How many currencies are there?

There is no easy way.  You can try to use the vertical alignment guidelines to align the right sides.  You can make both the invoice debit and the cross tab cell the same width.

mlmcc
ok i will try as nuch as i can to align columns , but what about reducing the height of cross tab report.please refer to the attached document.

ok but in attached file you can see that in the cross tabl report there is a first row , second row and third row where only second row is visible why in preview mode the cross tab is taking its normal heght as it contain 3 rows

Well, unless we see report with some sample data, it's difficult to say which column is making the height of crosstab to increase. I think the first row in the screenshot you shown may not be part of crosstab as that only contains column separator lines. Correct me if I am wrong.
yes you are right
