Trademark filing - which USPTO package is best?

Hi

I'm going to file my blog trademark again. Lame, but I neglected to do the final step one time, because I was so annoyed with the seeming endless ( unstoppable) billings. It felt like a Nigerian scam. Truly, I was suspicious and concerned.

Anyway, forget about it. I'm going to file again and there are 3 options. Does it matter which one I use? - for a blog name trademark? Also, would a logo filing be done later? The costs are complicated?  What will they be?

This is the initial page - notice the feeling-to-be-never-ending fees,      here

Thanks

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You may find it cheaper in the long run to hire a patent attorney to make sure all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed. Have you looked at the legal aid for help in your area.

Agree with David's comment. Understand the self-sufficiency as some charge for filling out paper work, which including me, but if the premise is wrong, you might be ......

Includes write ups explanation, particular interest might be whether you actually need a trademark, presumably you include a copyright marker for your content.

They also have a reference to an assistance center..

Point being consulting a patent, trademark attorney to whom you can explain your goals and what you are trying to achieve who very well may confirm what you thought to pursue while might suggest additional or alternate options available to you...

Since I am neither, and since there is no information beyond your declaration, it is hard to answer.
