When my Dell 7480 &amp;&nbsp;7580 are plugged into power banks (Energizer XP18000A, Vinsic 30000mAH,<br />
&amp;&nbsp;IntoCircuit 26000mAH), the battery icon on the right bottom will show <br />
&quot;&nbsp;... % avail (plugged in, not charging) &quot;&nbsp; &nbsp;when the laptop battery left 10% or 95%<br />

However, if plugged into AC power source using the Dell power adaptor to the wall (220-240V in<br />
my country), it will charge the battery of the laptop.<br />

Why does it behave as such. &nbsp;On both my Lenovo X61 &amp;&nbsp;X230, the powerbanks would charge<br />
the laptops' batteries.<br />
