Hyper-V client VMs cannot connect to domain
Hi
I have a Hyper-V Main Win 2012 server that l have installed on a machine and then created a AD Domain with DHCP\DNS running on it. I then created 4 Hyper-v Win servers 2012 VMs with static ip on it and connected them to the external network. When l try and join the servers to the domain it fails. I have made sure that the Vms servers have the main server as the dns. I have made sure the router is not issuing the IP addresses. However when l check my PC that l connect with to my network it shows the router as the DNS even though it gets its is IP address from the main server. I would greatly appreciate yours assistance.

Hi Phil,
How are you going on this?
Is it resolved now? If so, how did you fix it?
Thanks,
Alan.

Hi Guys
Apologies for my late response l think that the problem maybe with my router as no matter what l do it still shows up as the DNS. I will be getting a new router to test if l am correct about my assumption or not
