Cisco POE Issues

I have a Cisco WS-C4503 chassie with two WSX-4148-RJ45V 48 ports blades. When I connect one of my NEC VOIP phones up to the system I do not get any power to the phone from the port. I have check to ensure port POE is set to auto. Here are some of my configs, I assume these blades are POE since they have DC In-line on them.

It could be the phone, the port or some piece of gear between the two. Try plugging the phone directly into the switch. Plug it into a port that you know is providing power to another working phone. To be extra thorough, plug a phone you know works into the port that's not working.

Thanks, I have plugged the NEC phone and cable into a different switch I know that is working and the phone powers up
I have tried blade two and three on this core switch, no power to phone.

Gilnov - Yea its old switch, been using just for data but we are putting in a voip system and this is the only one i have been unable to get POE to work on. I can always put another POE switch between it and the unlink to supply power to the phones but was just hoping to get this one to work. I did know if there was something else that might be causing the issues.

Istvan - really, well that sucks. I was going to bring in an old cisco IP phone i have at home tomorrow to test just that, was wondering if its was just my new phones what cause the power issue.

Cisco 7961G supports both POE implementations. 7961G-GE supports only ieee POE implementation.
