My OS is win 10 pro 64 bit and I have the Business Essentials account for Office 365 and I use Outlook, and i usually load the program from <a href="http://www.outlook.live.com/owa" rel="ugc nofollow">www.outlook.live.com/owa</a>&nbsp; as u see in the attached snap shot. &nbsp;I am a bit confused as to what version of Outlook it is, and hope the Experts can point me in the right direction. &nbsp;From the inbox I tried to right click to get the menu to export the email, but I could not find the selection. &nbsp;This is what I want to do to export the email, but am I looking at the right program. thank u and regards.<br />

An email client, email reader or more formally mail user agent (MUA) is a computer program in the category of groupware environments used to access and manage a user's email. A web application that provides message management, composition, and reception functions may internally act as an email client; as a whole, it is commonly referred to as webmail.
