System Imaging - Dissimilar Hardware

I have come across a need to image and deploy said image to a different pc for a hot spare. In the past, I have used Paragon HDR Suite 12 and Acronis Cloud for file level and system imaging. However in this case I cannot deploy those images to the new machine going from a Lenovoa to a Dell machine. I need a standalone solution to image a system fully and deploy it to a different device. I have not found solid information on how to do this with the tools I have so I am asking for suggestions on something I can use to do these.

Thanks in advance!

If you use P2P Adjust OS from Paragon WinPE based Recovery CD then the system will boot on dissimilar hardware easily.

I acutally have tried to use the P2P adjust from Paragon but I think the media builder is where my issues are. Since they no longer support that version I can't get them to walk me through one. @Noxcho

Thank you @noxcho I will attempt this tomorrow and let you know how things went. I really appreciate your help on this, I got thrown to the wolves a little and have to find a solution or else kinda deal. I feel if I can ever get a machine to work once and I get the process I should be golden but I dont have an IT hierarchy to ask questions with at work since im the only one capable of even attempting this. Thanks!!!
No problem. We will get this working.
Just updating you.

I have installed both ADK and WAIK on my tech computer and and starting the Recovery Media Builder inside Paragon HDM 12 suite. After it completes, I will try to use the paragon image I have to recover to a different PC and update you further on its status.
Is it Linux or WinPE based? What files are on the usb stick?
Well, using the Media builder under Normal and Safe mode I am having issues. Normal doesn't load, it graphically bugs out. Safe mode loads into the options for Paragon Hard Disk Manager and Quick Restore. When using both selections it tries to mount the drives but then gives the error DPMI and nothing else. I tried with the removable media in and out for the paragon archive files. They are .pfi and .pfb to answer your questions.
I guess you're opposed to using Microsoft's free tools...
try to make the media builder on another PC -this one may have problems
You’ve used wrong wizard. Look the video I posted the link for. You need to use Boot Media Builder. Because what you’ve created is a linux and dos standard environment.
@Lee I am not opposed to using whatever works. I just simply don't know how to use them and am being asked by employer to try to use what they have had in the past.

@noxcho I will follow up with the link and try it again this afternoon when I get back to the devices.  I could have swore I used the media builder utility inside the HDM tools tho. Will confirm.
In version 12 of Hard Disk Manager the boot media builder is outside of the main program. Means you need to click in Windows Start - Find there in programs list Boot Media Builder (like shown in in video).
@Noxcho, thanks I found the Media Builder program, it wasn't already installed. I will install it tomorrow and use that video version to see if that made a difference.
I have the media builder created and I am imaging the hard drive on the new machine now. I assume after this is done I will have to use/configure the P2P adjust (That is where I got too previously before it stopped and error'd out) and will update from there. Just keeping you in the loop on the progress.
Ok. P2P Adjust OS is just a wizard. Yiu can run it using its automatic adjust and check after that if Windows boots ok.
After running the media builder and trying to image the archive several times it was unsuccessful. When booting back into the moot media and trying to run P2P Adjust, it wouldn't even recognize the hard drive/partition with the windows installed. At this point I am ready to abandon the project. Thank you for all the help @Noxcho!
Try Microsoft's native solutions.  Odds are you have to buy nothing.
If you imaged the entire HDD then it should work ok.
