Error 51005 means: &nbsp;One or more physical disks are not connected to the nodes on which the pool is being created. I advise you to wait for MS call back, could be an issue with MS cloud service. That might be reason, you are not getting much update.

At office 365 azure ad console, some users have 51005 error &nbsp;and no more info. I opened a tiket to MS but &nbsp;no more info was sent back.<br />
<br />
Any idea?<br />

We are using PTA agent configured.<br />

Error 51005 at Azure AD office 365
