we are in the process of moving our physical servers to virtual . This is going to be the open tender based on our procurements process . just I am wondering how can I give them the right information . Please share your thoughts on the TEC evaluation point of view .

thanks for the details one more question for RFP - we have all the physical machine running Microsoft OS . is it better to strict to Microsoft only ? or both ( VM and Microsoft )

Assuming we are talking about HyperV vs VMWare, direct comparison is difficult. At the low end, HyperV is the better deal. But as complexity increases, it is harder to generalize.

now my top managements asking me to go with the design and build concept that enable the parties to deliver the best solution base on the current setup .and also they have advice me to do the high level documentation to publish for open tender . now i looking for some kind of a support /sample on the below
