We are looking for the best application to measure and make annotations on PDFs for workers we have in the field with tablets/laptops in the field. <br />
We have in the past used Adobe Acrobat, AutoDesk DWG TruView and AutoDesk Design Review but we wanted to see if there is something better?<br />
