cover makes sure the entire screen is covered but keeps ratio so the image will leak either on the sides or top if it does not exactly match the screen resolution and you will have a bit of cropping in that orientation<br />

I cannot say what is happening with your page because your background images refer to a URL on localhost - so we can't see them.
